Oh Skye, what a beautiful offering. Everything looks so scrumptious. And may I add what a joy it is listening to you… You emanate positivity. Thank you 💕
I absolutely loved watching you cooking and I am definitely going to make these, as it all looks delicious! I love how you demonstrate and enjoyed 'walking' round your Kitchen with you. I am looking forward to your next Video.... in fact I was thinking watching this that I hope you might consider a cooking retreat in Venice or elsewhere... where we can learn alongside of you! An idea!
Meanwhile, I am going to get your books off the shelf and get some further inspiration.
Next time IF it is possible, could we see a sneak peak of the view outside your Window, as I have longed to visit Venice?!
My Partner Richard says he is going to take me there later in the Year... so any top tips on that would be welcome too, perhaps in your Substack Diary?
Well, I hope you had a wonderful Supper party, til next time, sending you very best wishes,
What an absolute treat, can’t wait to watch the next one! You are such a lovely and thoughtful teacher, I feel so inspired after watching this. Thank you so much. Xxx
It was wonderful and such a pleasure watching you cook. It was natural and felt like being in the kitchen with a close friend. I don’t think you should get rid of your toast rack phone holder and I liked walking with you to the cabinets, refrigerator and stove. I am going to look through your books again and I will definitely make both of these recipes for Easter. Looking forward to your next cooking show. Hope you enjoyed your dinner tonight.
Oh my goodness, thank you! I love your cooking shows (let’s call them what they are - but someone get Skye a for-real cooking show please!). Also, I never knew I could prepare and eat fresh baby artichokes like this (how did I not know?!)! I saw them at the markets yesterday. I’m going back tomorrow to buy some! Thank you for introducing this to me. I love artichokes - but always felt quite daunted by them (no idea why). Also, you reminded me how much I love fresh (raw) peas too - from when I used to shell them at my Grandma’s ( and eat probably more than ended up in the bowl). They’re at the markets now. Looks like I’m eating your panzanella this weekend :)
You should SO have your own cooking show-just like it is now-unedited, authentic, it's the best! So lovely to watch and listen to you cook. Thank you!🩷🌼🥬☀️
For a family get together I made a version of the panzenella with tomatoes and served it with pizzas. I managed to find a colomba cake at the shops and we enjoyed that with the white chocolate sauce and fruit. We’d never heard of colomba cake before so it was great to have something new and everyone loved it. Thank you - a great meal!
Love this so much! And thrilled to hear you plan to do lots more. Can't wait! Would you ever include your Pistachio Butter Cake from A Table for Friends? And maybe a pasta episode?

I can listen and watch you cooking forever. You’re so positive, down to earth. Loving this manzanilla and the possibilities I never thought about.
Loved everything about this. Will do for lunch next week
